NISMA is well recognized by the law of Federal Republic of Nigeria(Authorised & Registered by Ministry of Justice, Corporate Affair Commssion, approved by National Broadcasting Commission and Ministry of Education etc.) and other statutory institutions regulating the formation of the alike institutions. So, NISMA enjoy every right, privillage and legal backing.
